Youth development
Youth is the driving force of positive changes and transformations in society and the state, a locomotive that continuously drives forward.
We cannot do for youth, but we can provide all the necessary conditions and opportunities for their effective and successful activities.
Our goal is to promote the development of self-sufficient youth who act responsibly for their future and the future of Ukraine.
In our projects, we include youth in public life to develop it and overcome various social challenges.
The goal of the “Volunteer+” project is to develop the volunteer movement in Svitlovodsk.
The project plans to create its own volunteer program and form a team of 30 volunteers. As part of the project, they will be able to undergo specialized training and implement their own initiatives aimed at developing the potential of youth.
22 participants with different volunteering experiences, including students and founders of charitable foundations, have already completed the relevant training. Some participants arrived in Svitlovodsk after the start of the full-scale war and have a desire to contribute to the development of the community.
Our previous projects
Project "Wanted here: youth"
The goal of the project is to activate youth and help them unlock their potential in the Svitlovodsk community. We want to expand the organization’s community, as well as provide an opportunity to master new skills necessary for effective activity.
To better understand the state and needs of volunteering in Svitlovodsk, we conducted a social survey.
As part of the project, together with new community members, we held 4 offline events that will help activate the youth of the community. A total of 47 participants were registered.
Among the events: training on developing soft skills, career guidance, video shooting and editing.
It is also planned to release 5 episodes of a podcast about opportunities for youth in Svitlovodsk, which you can find on our website.
The initiative is being implemented with the support of the NGO “Desyate Kvitnya” within the framework of a project with UNHCR Ukraine — the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine.
