The problem that brought us to UPSHIFT: due to the events of recent years, the level of live communication among young people has decreased, while emotional tension and anxiety have increased.

The solution found at UPSHIFT: the team held a series of art therapy events to provide young people with socio-emotional support and opportunities to develop their creative potential. There were master classes in sketching and sculpture, film screenings. At the same time, these events helped participants have quality leisure and contributed to the formation of a new community.

The team plans to continue holding events using the acquired subject base, in order to create its own art space with workshops, co-working spaces, and regular events in the future.
