    IVECO Group

    The Iveco concern was formed in November 1974 as a result of an agreement between Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz (KHD) to transfer its Magirus-Deutz division to FIAT. Iveco included Magirus-Deutz, FIAT, as well as Italian and foreign FIAT divisions such as OM, Lancia, and the French FIAT France SA (which produced Unic trucks). Iveco's headquarters were located in Turin.
