The problem that brought them to UPSHIFT: low level of empathy among people from different social groups, insufficient number of activities to develop communication skills of young people.

The solution found at UPSHIFT: the team created the project "Live a Day", in which it highlighted the lives of representatives of different social groups. Invited guests lived a day with them, overcoming everyday challenges and showing the importance of their inclusion and integration into modern society. To implement the project, the team united 6 population groups that often cannot find understanding: people with disabilities and those without them, representatives of national minorities and the dominant ethnic group, large families and families with one child.

Also, the team held several events - open screenings, during which the simulation game "Rainbowopolis" was played. With its help, participants were able to experience the lives of representatives of certain social roles and analyze their own experiences.

The team is open to creating new seasons in different regions of Ukraine! So if you have a camera, a team and a desire to show the interaction of various interesting characters, then "Zahkolys" is ready to cooperate!
