The problem that brought them to UPSHIFT: desocialization of youth in the community due to the COVID-19 pandemic and full-scale war.

The solution found at UPSHIFT: the team created a "Chill Zone" space where young people can improve their communication skills, develop emotional intelligence, and find their own fulfillment. The space hosts a variety of educational and entertainment events.

Through UPSHIFT, the "Non-Standard Option" team members have gained basic project management skills and are now working to create new events that will bring about positive change in the community.
